Spray lubricant quiets squeaky hinges.
Old doors sometimes mean squeaky hinges. Quiet those squeaks and creaks with some spray lubricant like Teflon spray or WD-40. You only need a little. Have a paper towel with you to chase drips. Teflon spray is nice because it works and is low-odor.
