Faux can be amazing when done with intention and integrity. And when you can sprinkle in a touch of humor in anything, I’m sold
That’s why I’m trying to find a way to incorporate the new OUT outdoor graphic wallpaper by Italian wall-coverings company Wall & Deco in an upcoming project. It provides a WOW moment that can explode any bland wall into an amazing feature that can’t be missed (or forgotten easily).
OUT (Outdoor Unconventional Textures) showcases large-scale graphics representing Pop Art, Bauhaus, military camouflage, houndstooth, and more. The wallpaper includes an adhesive, technical fabric, and a finishing treatment. 
I’ll never forget the day I saw faux brick being installed as a quick-fix-up over a sad-looking 100-year-old home. <insert sigh here> I wish I could take Marty’s Delorean back to that day, and hand them a roll of OUT. It wouldn’t solve the home’s massive problems or keep it from decaying, but it might just cheer up and inspire the neighborhood.
