Mark and Theresa are on the site of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition in Joplin, MO as part of their special 200th episode: 7 Houses in 7 Days. They’ve teamed up with Real Outdoor Living to design and build a playset in the town’s community park, which was destroyed in the devastating May 2011 tornado that claimed many lives. The play structure will not only be a place for the children and adults of the community to enjoy, but will also commemorate those who lost their lives in the tornado.
You’ll have to wait until the Extreme Makeover show airs in January to see the completed play structure, but keep checking back with MyFixitUpLife as we sneak you peeks at the behind-the-scenes action of this truly amazing project.
