Uh-oh. I got Sharpie marks on that! Let’s fix it.

Scratch.

Scratch.

Oh. Hi. I was just cleaning Sharpie off of a book cover. That reminds me…That’s the topic of this blog. I’m going to tell you how to get Sharpie marker off of things because I got Sharpie on things I shouldn’t, and I learned about two cool ways to remove it.

The first time I accidentally got Sharpie on something, I was at school. I was writing my name on my Book Sox, but I didn’t take the Book Sox off so the Sharpie bled through. Well, I thought to myself: ‘Oh no! I’m going to get into BIGGGGGG trouble if I don’t get this off.’

So I asked my teacher Mr. Dillon what to do. He said: ‘No big deal.’

He grabbed a black expo marker and rubbed in little circles on the part with the marks. And tada! the Sharpie was off.

The other time I got Sharpie somewhere I shouldn’t was on a desk. I was making a Father’s Day label for a present. And like I always forget, I didn’t put something under what I was writing on and got silver Sharpie all over this black desk. Uh-oh again. So Theresa and I used an eraser. The way you get Sharpie off with an eraser is to erase, just like you were doing it on paper, but with a lot more muscle.

Well, if you’ve also gotten Sharpie on things you shouldn’t, I hope my little tips will help.
