If you are in need of a hostess holiday gift or just want a novel present to share with friends, I’ve got the answer: Wood Wine Buddy.
I asked a favorite DIY guru Allison Oropallo to share a favorite holiday project with me, and the viewers on blab’s DIY Con.
No hesitation. She answered: Wine Buddy.
Since I’m in the demographic of mom-in-my-30s-or-40s, I know that most all of my peers will be happy to hear those two lovely words together.
But it gets better. A wood wine buddy is an easy project, and it’s easy to personalize for whomever will receive a wine buddy.
If you DIY a lot, you’ll have the supplies already in your workshop. And if you don’t DIY a lot, you’ll just need a few things.
Supplies needed for this project:
- piece of wood
- spade bits on an impact driver for the holes
- oscillating tool for the notches
- sandpaper
- paints and brushes, or glue and embellishments to personalize the Wine Buddy
