As a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPs) and certified color consultant, I share DIY projects, tool how-to, and home makeovers as a book author, home show speaker, DIY workshop coach, and radio host. I’ve been lucky to create fast-paced makeovers for TV shows, and enjoy sharing home trends and DIY tips as a home improvement expert guest on news shows and satellite media tours for TV and radio.
As a home designer and design producer, it’s fun to create what someone has always wanted but never could really express it and achieve it. Creating personalized spaces and home decor is what drives me to be a designer, repurposer, blogger, DIY advocate, influencer, and brand ambassador for companies who make my favorite DIY, residential construction, and home decor products.
With the crazy-fast-paced lifestyle we enjoy, I gratefully embrace morning hot yoga, quiet walks around Ambler—our 0.8 square mile town near Philadelphia—where I serve on the Planning Commission, and volunteering at my son’s track club. I earned a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell and am devoted to sustainable housing practices.
