FixitUp Find: Boar Blade

Boaring through.

Okay, here’s something that makes sense: a recip saw-blade that cuts in two directions and, what’s more, is easier to use for plunge cuts than ordinary blades. They call it the Boar Blade.

You’d think this concept would have come top-down from the big design minds at the big companies. Wrong-o.

It came from, as the website puts it, two guys. One of them saw a blade like this then tracked down the inventor. They worked out the kinks and now we have green, gobbling Boar Blades. Here’s the deal:
