Bug out.
Here’s a newsflash: termites not only do major damage if they go untreated, they’re disgusting.
I’ve remodeled around termite damage and just seeing it now makes me want to jump in a lake.
But there’s a good chance any lake — or ground water, river water or ocean front — near any significant number of houses in many parts of the country has had termite-killing goop leach into it over the years, effectively poisoning the water. So while I don’t want termites, I don’t want poison water either. Who does?
