I made fun and festive little Galentine’s gifts with champagne and hearts for my friends.

Every year, Design & Construction Week is a jam-packed kick-off of what’s new and next in home design and building products. From windows to cabinets to tile to paint, there are trends that pop out. Among this year’s trends Abstraction (in form), Authenticism (in texture), and Restrained Glam (in style).

A fireplace is a natural gathering spot and it’s hard to not see it as a focal point in any room, so if you are feeling like your fireplace is a little dated and doesn’t really ‘go’ with your family’s style, consider paint.

Upcycling and repurposing old furniture is fun, especially when we’re able to add years to the life of a well-loved piece of furniture or create something that helps others.

We used wood from a Minwax wood staining workshop to make a tray for the holidays.

Thinking about a new house for your family? Not sure where to start. How about shopping for the neighborhood first?

I had an idea to make a witch table for Halloween this year, and this is how I created it using Krylon® Brand.

A round table is a perfect base for making an upside-down witch hat. And it’s easier, and takes less time, than you might think.

I transformed this little side table with a fresh stain of pink-and-pink, and I think it’s ready to brighten up a little girl’s bedroom.
