Great Stuff work wipes is one from the “where-has-this-been-all-my-life” department. And now Great Stuff is making them from bamboo and are recyclable, too, so they also offer a sustainable lifestyle bonus points.
Great Stuff makes a cool looking product that cleans up a hard-to-clean product: Great Stuff. For example, I like expanding foam insulation and plan to use some on our forthcoming door project.
(Note: Only use low-expanding foam on door and window projects). However, it only takes a little to get away from you for there to be a mess.
And since Great Stuff is solvent-based, you need a solvent and rags to clean it up (Great Stuff recommend acetone).
How do they work?
The Great Stuff work wipes are designed to remove excess uncured Great Stuff foam as well as almost any paint, caulk, adhesive, grease, grime, oil, tar and even permanent marker—all stuff that can get away from you on a project or jobsite.
The wipes are oversized, and resist tearing. They even have a scrubbing surface on one side for messes that need a little muscle—bring it.
And Work Wipes are safe for cleaning hands, tools, and most hard surfaces. There are 30 in a pack and Dow says they’re sold wherever Great Stuff is sold. Awesome.
