I’m a Rodney Yee fan.
While not extremely consistent in my yoga practice, I always feel better—body, mind, soul—when I’ve completed a yoga workout. From early 20s through pregnancy and after, I’ve tried many yoga DVDS (and even VHS tapes) over the years, and my favorites are all Rodney Yee.
He calms me while leading me through poses and postures that strengthen my core and clear my mind. While his yoga expertise goes well beyond my athletic prowess, with headstand poses and other wildly impressive strength moves, I don’t ever feel intimated. He empowers my yoga power. And Rodney just seems like a nice guy, too.
So I was thrilled when he tweeted me the other day that Gaiam is offering his yoga practices streaming online. Perfect for when we travel, and perfect to fit into every yoga-loving lifestyle.
