FixitUp Find: The Clydesdale

They call it the most versatile work platform ever and its kind of hard to deny the claim from what I’ve seen. No joke, The Clydesdale—essentially a pair of smartly designed aluminum “frames”—can, with the aid of some 2-by, be configured as a staging platform, work table, tool storage, and even picnic table for rough and ready jobsite tasks. You can also configure them as loading ramps (think motorcycle, riding tractor, ATV, and so on) for the back of the pick-up. And if you want to extend the pick-up bed length, well you can do that with The Clydesdale as well. It looks suitable—and suitably sturdy—for everything from framing to deck building to trim and more. No wonder they named The Clydesdale after a true work horse. (Clydesdales are also known as draft horses, which is probably better for the picnic table set-up…just sayin’.)
