We did some research.
We’ve even subjected ourselves to taste testing. (Yes, my husband Mark will drink beer for research purposes. He likes you that much.)
Here’s what we’ve learned about the perfect beer to pair with a full moon.
There are at least two approaches to solving this problem.
1) Theoretical approach. Take the essence of what a full moon means and represents.
For example, the Beeroness aka Jackie Dodd believes it’s a beer that has not been fussed over.
2) Literal approach. Find beers with the name ‘moon’ in them.
For example, a beer enthusiast Brian @evansscholer suggests Tart Side of the Moon from Brewery Vivant.
The literal approach is definitely an easier way to get started on this research project.
