Magnetic switchplate cover by Jake Frey

I’ve seen so many little cubbies and hooks designed to make it easy to keep your keys handy.

And don’t get me started on the keychains with lights and noises, because designers know how much time is thrown at ‘finding my keys.’

I’m wondering why this magnetic light switch cover wasn’t designed before now. Seems like such a smart simple idea for such a common frustration.

Hats off to the industrial design student at Philadelphia University who created it: Jake Frey.
