Feeling safe is priceless, and a motion sensor LED entry light can give you that gift.
As a mom, there’s absolutely nothing more important than keeping my little tribe healthy and safe. So when I hear of an opportunity where I can help create a safer and more secure home for my family, I’m listening.
Say hello to our new LED porch light.
Technology has created this lighting gift of LEDs that are reliably glowing strong for 20 or more years. Putting it into perspective, my little 6-year-old will be 26+ when our new porch light needs a new lightbulb. I’ve known and written about LEDs for a long time, and it still blows me away when I think about it. So the LED creates the comforting thought that the lightbulb will still be working when he’s a new driver (and I’m worried that he’s coming home after dark). I’ll still worry, but I know he’ll be safer when he gets home and needs to unlock the door.
And then add in the motion sensor. Not a new technology, but an awesome one. For entry lights, deck lighting, security lighting, lighting for a guest’s, an aging parent’s or your child’s bathroom … motion sensor LEDs can eliminate the confusion of finding the switch in the dark and adds a level of comfort knowing that bumps and trips in the dark can be avoided.
So we updated our porch light with this bronze outdoor motion sensor LED entry light from LampsPlus.com. The Mission style fits with the turn-of-the-last-century style of our American Foursquare, and the frosted opal glass diffuses the bulb. The light turns on at dusk, and emits an ambient light until it detects the morning light.
