We’re going to the ground as we gear-up for a green-thumbed show…We’re on the set of A&E’s Fix This Yard. Designer, furniture maker, and friend Amy Devers sets aside her shovel and shows us the landscape from the treetops to the design details of this fix. We get a look inside this outdoor show with Series Producer, Bart Makatche and find out how a yard goes from eyesore to outstanding. Fix This Yard Project Manager, Alan Luxmore breaks out of the bushes and ivy to set a spell with us and talk about Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, The Picker Sisters, and how this host got rock solid. Theresa hints to Mark for a Christmas gift idea when she falls in love with Amy Devers’ fashionable yet practical Steve Madden Buckkie’s. Amy also introduces us the Festool Domino Joiner which is a huge help when making furniture in small spaces. And Amy confesses that she was skeptical about Behr Premium Paint and Primer Plus, but admits that it has been surprisingly effective. You know, this is starting to grow on me.
