On the 9th day of our 12 Tools of Christmas
Pocket-sized Nebo Cryket is handy and powerful
Sometimes a little flashlight like the Nebo Cryket is the best tool for the illuminating job.
As thrilled as I am about my LiteBand, I don’t use it everywhere. The only place I don’t use one is doing estimates for home improvement clients. And for just about every single client meeting, I need one.
As a deck specialist, which you can regale in video after video, I often need to get under an old deck to inspect its ledger board, posts, connections, or whatever maze of framing a previous DIYer cobbled together.
In basements I need to see everything from inside a sump pit to inside a suspended ceiling. And on down the line. So I like to bring a flashlight like the Nebo Cryket that I can keep gracefully in my pocket.
The company makes more than just the Cryket, and I have several Nebos that I like. While I like the Cryket (which Jack and I keep at hand for storm preparedness) SlydeKing is leaps and bounds more fully featured. A 500-lumen work light, 500-lumen flashlight with a 4x zoom, and a 40-lumen red/flasher for emergencies. SlydeKing has found a home here.
