Home buyers are partnering to buy new homes. Some are sharing the appreciation with an investor company like Landed.
Others are renting to own with companies like Home Partners of America, and some buyers are using shared equity to pay below-market rates through an agreement with a financial institution like Unison that acts as both the lender for and an investor in a property.
A wood-covered room can decrease blood pressure. According to a study in the Journal of Wood Sciences there’s a wood sweet spot for the decrease in diastolic blood pressure.
