U.S. homes are staying on the market a little longer these days, according to Realtor.com. The median time on the market is now 31 days, which is 10 days longer than the start of the year. However, some metro areas are still moving quickly.
Homes in Manchester, NH, are staying on the market for an average of 8.5 days. On the other end of the real estate market, Houma, LA, homes are staying on the market for an average of 58.5 days.

DeWalt is now selling a biodegradable chainsaw oil that’s produced in the USA, and is a USDA Certified Biobased Product. The all-season soy-based plant oil does not contain petroleum-based products or metal-based additives, and is available on Amazon, Acme Tools, MAC TOOLS distributors, and will be available at The Home Depot.
The company also says that 20 million gallons of bar and chain oil are discharged into the environment each year.
