Rising house prices are still trending. According to April’s Monthly Housing Market Trends Report from Realtor.com, the national median listing price for active listings was $425,000, which is 14.2% more compared to last year and up 32.4% compared to April 2020.
The inventory of active listings was down 60.1% compared to 2020 and there are 57,000 fewer homes actively for sale on a typical day in April 2022 than compared to the previous year.

Nate Berkus is releasing a new brand of home goods called Nate Home. A collaboration with mDesign Home Decor, the Nate Home collection is expected to launch in 2023.
