One of the things about being a FixitUp Family is that everybody is involved in everything at some level or another. And there’s always something going on.
In this case, Theresa and I are getting ready for my Kitchen & Bath Showcase presentations for The Remodeling Show and we’re scoping out some tile for the presentation on Grace Building Products’ new tiling substrate Bondera (which possibly could be magic; more on this later.)
Anyway, school’s out and Lexi is home so off we go to the Daltile showroom for a little design research. I shot some photos on my phone of the tile combinations I liked. But, while it’s work, there’s no reason not to make it fun, which is what we did.
Here Lexi not only gives us a little Vanna White on Daltile’s Ahnzu Folio with acanthus strip border, but she really looked all over the showroom and genuinely tried to find designs she liked…
“Daddy, I like this one”
…her little voice would sing out from behind a display a foot taller than she is.
Could it be cuter?
