One of our favorite hands-on teacher Allison Oropallo appeared on Season 2 of HGTV All American Handyman and was voted fan favorite. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in k-12 Applied Technology Education and her Master Degree in Curriculum Development. And, she’s a former UCONN Division-I ice hockey player. Allison was deaf until age five when she had multiple surgeries to restore hearing. Not being able to hear sounds for the first five years of life introduced her to hands-on learning early on.

It seems like using a sledgehammer for a demolition project would only work well on a small scale. My parents want to take down their shed, so they can make room for some renovations. Would it be possible to do this on your own, or would it be better to hire professionals for a job like that?
I don't often think of demolition as taking that much thought. You just grab a hammer, or a back hoe and start knocking things down. It is a good thing I watched your video before I decided to start my own demolition. Thanks for the great advice.
