If you are feeling sleepy today, you are far from alone. 32% of adults report “excellent” or “very good” night’s sleep. Another third — approximately 84 million people — describe their sleep as “fair” or “poor,” according to The Casper-Gallup State of Sleep in America 2022 Report.

But, it’s a good idea to have better sleep goals. While 84 percent of very good or excellent sleepers rate their current life satisfaction highly, and only 44% who get “poor” or “fair” sleep agree.

Plus, twice as many good sleepers are more actively and positively engaged in their community, reporting higher levels of donating to charity and volunteering than poor sleepers

There’s a rise in the number of homeowners creating additional functional spaces, according to the 9th Annual LightStream Home Improvement Trends Survey.
