You might say I have a lot of ribbon. It’s actually kind of absurd.
So I’ve challenged myself to use what I’ve tucked away in my crafty supplies to make fun new projects. This little green ribbon weaving project is my first attempt at this challenge.
Since March always makes me think of green–a combination of St. Patrick’s Day shamrocks and my husband’s perfectly mowed lawnscape passion–I dove into my supplies and gathered a variety of green ribbon.
Using an embroidery hoop as a base, and my trusty hot glue gun, I started gluing little strips of ribbon into a pattern.
I snapped a photo of almost every step, which I’ve posted below.
