Doug!!! Great note. You sound like one of the good guys. Are there are too few of us out there I think. We're there, we're not the lowest price, but homeowners and business owners can and should find us. Here in Houston, TX. with our recent floods thousands of home owners dealing with 2-5ft of water in their homes. As a licensed plumber I see really bad contractors work daily. I talk to the homeowners and they all agree to check contractors & ask for references but many just sign. I invite you to Houston. Been watching & love the catching. As a side note, Our company builds restaurants & does a lot of commercial work also, as bad as homeowners getting ripped off, it's amazing on the commercial side the huge amounts involved in jobs being completely done wrong or sub-par materials, lousy workmanship. Many of the owners lose everything behind commercial jobs gone sideways, where some simple pre-bid work would have saved them. Most people have no clue to inspection process, which protects the owners, city & everyone else connected to that sewer or water, gas lines. Great Job guys.
