Coming from a long line of experienced carpenters and woodcraftsmen, Chip began working with his father at an early age – and over the years developed an interest in carpentry, landscaping and renovation. After graduating with a degree in mechanical engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, Chip moved on to earn his certification in residential construction while working for an Atlanta based home builder. He’s contributed to HGTV’s Designed to Sell. Since then Chip has appeared on HGTV’s Curb Appeal: The Block, HGTV’s Showdown, HGTV’s Design Star, Oprah, and CNN.
About Pauli Wade
An Atlanta native and a graduate of both Georgia Tech and the University of Georgia, Pauli spends her time on real estate sales and was an audit manager for one of the largest independent CPA and Advisory firms in Georgia, specializing in real estate, employee benefit plans, financial services, and nonprofit industries. Pauli still holds a CPA license and is knowledgeable regarding the financial reporting and tax planning issues regarding real estate transactions.
