With 6,438 homes sold worth more than $2.46 billion in 2020, the number 1-ranked real estate agent in the U.S. has the Guinness World Record title holder for the “most annual home sales transactions.”
World record realtor Ben Caballero was also the first real estate agent to exceed $1 billion in sales in 2015, and is the only agent who has broken $2 billion in home sales.
