In an afternoon: A vintage side table makeover with a fun lace effect

I picked up a fan with light for under $40, and it was perfect. It’s the exact white ceiling fan that I’ve seen so many times before, which makes this makeover make sense for more of us.

My mojo lately has been on this masculine luxe vibe, so I went beyond the challenge of just using paint or add-ons to makeover the ceiling fan.

It looks like metal lace, and it was printed by a 3D printer. Hello DXV.

Knowing more about color meanings and our innate reactions to color can alter what we eat.

So it might not be everyone’s reaction to seeing a birdcage, but as a cat mom, a DIY cat bed seemed perfect. Both of my cats are on the petite side of the feline community, and I’m familiar with their obsession with snuggling in tight spaces.
