We’re giving thanks this Thanksgiving by looking back at the year helping homeowners with Rebuilding Together.
Mark and I are lucky to have a happy family and a safe and healthy home, and we’re thankful to have the skills to help others create and improve homes.
I love making holiday wreaths. So this year, I’m going beyond just the single wreath, and making three holiday wreaths out of ceiling medallions. Whenever I make a series of anything that aren’t exactly alike, I look for a few ways I can make them look like they go.
I know they have fed her candy during these tests at her elementary school, to ‘keep the class’s energy up.’ I know she has opportunities for treats for what seems almost-daily reasons from birthdays to holidays to class celebrations to whatever else. I know that we don’t want her to eat candy everyday. And I know that Lexi does not say no to any treats when we aren’t looking.
