Jack’s blog: Sitework and lifting the right way

Jack doing sitework

I’m a busy guy. I don’t have time to get injured and I’m all about power.

Power is what keeps me fit and what keeps me from getting all the kid diseases that those other guys seem to be flinging around school. I don’t know about what you see, but I see a lot of runny noses in those parts.

Anyway. Whenever I do sitework, and it’s been at least once for our playset project, I lift with my legs and not my back. I mean I always tell my Mommy that I’ll be right back. But that is apparently an entirely different thing altogether.

So, don’t be a hero out there. You should save that for Halloween or something when it’s cool to have a cape on. I don’t usually see too many people with those capes and stuff on not-Halloween. But it happens, I guess.

And don’t think about wiping my nose. It’s those other kids we have to worry about.
