Hi! It’s Lexi.
Today, while we were eating dinner, we were talking about eating healthy. While we were talking about it, I had the idea for sweet tickets.I said, “When Jack’s older and first learning how to eat healthy we could have something like sweet tickets.”
They would work like this: If Jack went to his friend Chase’s for his birthday we would say, “Okay here is your sweet ticket. You can use it on one sweet thing at the party.”
He would get one for each day of the week, too.
Let’s say he used two on Sunday, then on another day of the week, he wouldn’t get any sweets at all.
This idea of a sweet ticket is really good because it will teach kids to limit how many sweets they have.
Also if they don’t know if something counts as a sweet, they can ask an adult.
I hope you try my idea!
Bye!
