Here’s a remodeler’s rule of thumb: The smaller a room, the harder it is to work on.
That’s doubly true for what’s typically the most vexing remodel room in the house—the bathroom.
So when we see Gerber’s compact/elongated Viper HET (high-efficiency toilet,) we see design details that create options—and functionality that gets the job done.
From a design standpoint, a small commode is ideal for toilet rooms, which themselves are awesome, but also for old houses and basement baths. But small can also be a maintenance headache because, well, guys—and floors and the people who clean them—benefit from an elongated, oval-bowl design.
