Russell Morash, creator of This Old House, first called Richard’s father Ron, proprietor of Trethewey Bros. Inc., the family plumbing and heating business, with an idea for a home improvement show in 1978. Richard lives in an 1865 Victorian that he has extensively remodeled.

Duct leaks can allow cool air into your attic or crawl space or
they can draw hot air and moisture into your home.
There just might not be enough power to do both effectively.
