Plus, the total U.S. home foreclosures hit 25,000 starts, which is up 541% from the same time last year, according to the mortgage and real estate data and analytics company Black Knight.

If you are wondering which tools are the popular power tools among contractors, CONTRACTOR magazine surveyed readers a few years ago. They found that the most commonly used cordless power tools are power drills (84%), followed by drill drivers (75%) and recip saws (71%).
Additionally, readers said the most commonly used corded power tools include hammer drills (87%), reciprocating saws (86%), power drills (85%), circular saws (74%), and rotary hammers (70%).
