But getting perfect-fitting trim in any home can be a challenge. There’s no such thing as a perfect corner or floor in any home. That’s why we have a few simple DIY tips to help us achieve visual perfection when it comes to trimming out a room.
So instead of reaching for more caulk to fill the gaps at a corner, we reach for our multi-tool. We use our Hyde tool as a trim shim.
Just slip the multi-tool behind the trim, adjust until the corner is tight and then nail it in place.
