Are you curious about what’s considered a living wage in your area? MIT updated its online Living Wage Calculator. Generally, it’s the amount an adult needs to earn to support a family. The calculator also has an option for whether two adults are working. Plus, users can adjust the calculator for the number of children from 0 to 3.
According to their data, an average liveable wage in the U.S. has increased from $21.54 in 2020 to $24.16 per hour.
