I celebrate the holidays for a few months, because I’m busy creating fun little holiday crafts every year. Here’s a few of my favorites.

Yes, I have an addiction.

I am addicted to making pretty much everything, and holiday crafts and decor is one of my happiest reasons to head into my little workshop.

For every small project that I do, I head into my workshop, grab a basket, bucket or crate and fill it up with the project’s essentials. This makes it easier to stay organized through my organized chaos, where I am the proud product of conducting a giant orchestra of DIY projects pretty much every day of the year. From makeovers and renovations for clients, to little crafts with the kids, and holiday razzle-dazzle, I usually have at least a dozen projects in-process. Somehow I’m able to birth them all, but the process to my onlooking husband who hunts his projects (one-at-a-time), I’m like a clown car.

So as I’m busy finishing my dozen projects right now that range from a nursery to an upcycle wreath to a basement renovation, I wanted to share some of my holiday crafts and home decor that I’m still smiling about. I hope a few of these help inspire you in your holiday crafting and creations. ??t

‣ MyFixitUpLife Fringe Christmas Trees - MyFixitUpLife - Holiday DIY holiday crafts — Fringe Christmas trees are fun and easy to make. This one is painted gold and wrapped in fringe, care of my pal glue gun.

‣ MyFixitUpLife Christmas Crafts- MyFixitUpLife — I repurposed these little buckets into a 12 Days countdown to Christmas. Each is spraypainted with Chalkboard paint from Krylon.

‣ MyFixitUpLife Card Medallion Fypon — This ceiling medallion is perfect for a holiday card holder. I hand painted the medallion and added little embellishments.

‣ MyFixitUpLife Ginger Bread house - MyFixitUpLife - Happy Holidays — We made a family Ginger bread house! Theresa put on the icing and Jack decided where the candy should go.

‣ MyFixitUpLife We like to celebrate the 12 days of Christmas. It makes the season longer, and slower. Our kids helped decorate this little alt= — We like to celebrate the 12 days of Christmas. It makes the season a little bit longer, and slower to consume. Our kids decorated these little $1 buckets so we can put little daily presents in them.

‣ MyFixitUpLife Spice round holiday wreath — Spice candies are the perfect colors for a little holiday wreath. Glued to styrofoam, I sometimes remove the candy at the end of the season and then it’s ready for the next holiday’s sweets.

‣ MyFixitUpLife Cranberry wreath for the holidays — There’s something about a cranberry wreath that exudes a richness of holiday cheer to me. I used toothpicks in a styrofoam wreath to apply the cranberries, and added the pretty little ribbon to give it a girly feel.

‣ MyFixitUpLife holiday candy wreath — Theresa does love her candy wreaths. This candy wreath makes a statement and was a fun project that you can do with older kids.

‣ MyFixitUpLife Fypon Finial Pineapple - Festive Decor - MyFixitUpLife — Decorating with pineapple finials to amp-up our festive decor seems like a natural choice to me. Each was handpainted, a project that I treasure. It’s a joy to have a bit of time to spend inside a crafty project.

‣ MyFixitUpLife Blue Joy Wreath Fypon — A ceiling medallion painted this pretty shade of blue is perfect for the holidays. Spray paint makes this decor easy, and quick.

‣ MyFixitUpLife Ho Ho Ho Green Fypon Wreaths — Dress up your holiday decor with ceiling medallion wreaths in a bold hue. Spray painted, with the words mounted from behind, the medallion can become an easy basic to re-use for other holidays.
