079 — Ed Sanders talks w/ Mark & Theresa

Ed Sanders from Extreme Makeover: Home Edition talks w/ Mark & Theresa at the International Builders Show.

And Ed says that talking w/ Mark & Theresa is the highlight of attending trade shows around the country.

From medieval weaponry to special effects make-up, Mark and Ed share their planned techniques for what they’re going to do when their daughters start dating. And Ed shares another idea that he got from WWE’s The Big Show. When his daughter brings a boy home for the first time, he plans to threaten: ‘Whatever you do to her, I’m going to do to you.’ While it’s fun for dads to joke about it, we know that dads who love their daughters just want the best for them.

During the interview, Theresa distresses Ed by asking about him about his 42-door project inside his workshop that are taking him more than a year to build. His wife isn’t pleased there isn’t a door to the bathroom at home, and he feels terrible about not having it finished yet.

Theresa also asks Ed about his first paying gig as a drummer in a music video when he was ‘a wee little lad.’
